Airplane War is a horizontal shoot em up game built with HTML5. The player controls a fighter jet on the left side of the screen and shoots down enemy aircraft coming from the right. Each destroyed enemy gives points and coins, and chaining kills quickly increases the combo and the score multiplier.

The game includes three power-ups that drop from enemies: Rapid Fire (orange) doubles fire rate for 8 seconds, Power Shot (red) doubles bullet damage for 8 seconds, and Repair Kit (green) restores 50 health points instantly. Each power-up is shown with its own color on a strip below the health bar.

The first level requires 450 points to win, and each next level adds 150 more points. Boss levels appear every 10 levels starting from level 100. The game has 8 aircraft with different stats that can be unlocked with coins earned during play, and the background changes between four times of day (dawn, day, sunset, night).

The game runs on any modern browser that supports Canvas 2D API, Web Audio API, localStorage, and requestAnimationFrame. This includes Google Chrome 30+, Mozilla Firefox 25+, Apple Safari 9+ (desktop and iOS), Opera 25+, Microsoft Edge (Chromium), and Android WebView / Chrome on Android 5.0+.

The game is not built on any framework (no React, Vue, Angular, or any other JavaScript library). The code is written in plain JavaScript and organized into 15 independent modules. There is no build step, no package manager, and no bundler. You upload the folder to any web server or open index.html from your local disk and the game runs.
