AuraCare is a WordPress theme for psychologists, therapists, counselors and mental health clinics that take bookings and payments online. It suits private practices and small clinics with one or more therapists, from psychiatrists and psychotherapists to couples and family therapists and life coaches.

On an AuraCare site, a visitor can take a scored self-assessment, read what the score means, and book a paid session with the right therapist without leaving the site. They land on one of 4 home pages, try the Anxiety Test or read a therapist profile, then pick a service and a free time slot shown in their own timezone and pay by Stripe or PayPal. Every page is built in Elementor, so you change text, images and sections without touching code.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT, NO PLUGIN TO BUY

The appointment system is part of the theme, so you do not pay a yearly booking plugin license.

The client chooses a service, then a therapist or Any available, then a free time slot shown in their own timezone. Paid services go to Stripe or PayPal checkout. Free services, such as a first consultation, skip the payment step. You confirm or cancel each booking in the admin, and both sides get an email with an .ics file for their calendar.

SELF-ASSESSMENTS THAT START THE CONVERSATION

Each quiz turns a site visitor into a lead with an email address and a reason to book.

The theme includes 9 ready quizzes: Anxiety Test, ADHD Test, Depression Test, Bipolar Test, OCD Test, Autism Test, Attachment Style Quiz, Healthy Relationship Quiz and Relationship Conflict Quiz. The visitor answers, gets a score, and reads the result band for that score range. The optional lead form asks for consent, emails the result, and saves the entry in the admin.

THERAPIST PROFILES THAT DRIVE THE CALENDAR

You set each therapist’s hours once, and the booking form only offers times that therapist is free.

Every practitioner has a profile page with photo, role and bio. Their working hours, days off and timezone decide which slots clients see, so a therapist on leave never gets a booking.
