Draftly – AI Creative Partner for Content Creators (SwiftUI)

Draftly is a complete iOS app template for creators: save content you admire from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, let the app build your “Creative DNA” profile, chat with an AI creative partner, and turn everything into ready-to-post drafts in a full Studio. The template ships with a built-in offline demo mode, so it runs out of the box with rich sample data – no backend account, no API keys, no login.

Demo Instructions

No login and no demo credentials are required. The app includes an offline demo mode that activates automatically whenever backend credentials are not configured.
Open the project in Xcode, select the Draftly scheme and press Run. The app launches straight into a fully populated Home feed with sample library items, AI insight cards, drafts, boards and a working chat that replies with canned responses.
You can also force demo mode with the launch argument “-demoMode”, or disable it with “-demoMode-off” (Xcode scheme > Run > Arguments).
To connect a real backend (Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog), fill in your credentials in one config file. The demo mode deactivates automatically once credentials are present. The guide documents the full live-backend contract (database tables, SQL functions, AI endpoints) for teams building their own server side.

Cici AI chat: streaming conversation with your creative partner, message history, sessions list, attachments from your library and draft cards inside chat
Studio: drafts workbench with boards, draft provenance badges (from chat, from insight, remake, manual), multi-platform tagging and a scheduling planner
Share extension: save links to your Library directly from Safari, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube via the iOS share sheet
Analyze extension and a home-screen widget (included targets)
Guided multi-step onboarding flow with animated transitions and DNA discovery questions
Light and dark mode, haptic feedback, smooth spring animations, empty states and loading skeletons throughout

A Note Before You Buy

This is a source-code template, not a finished App Store product. You will need Xcode and basic iOS development knowledge to build, customize and submit the app. The offline demo mode runs without any external services and is fully functional on its own. Going live with your own users requires a server side (a Supabase project for auth and data plus the app’s documented API endpoints), which you build or reuse yourself; the included guide documents that contract in full so nothing is guesswork.
