2. Exercise section: you will see all the category of fitness type like abs, chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps etc. These all category contains many types of exercise with images and the exercise provide you time to do within a specific time and after that you will hear a ringtone so that you can understand that your time is over and you will be notified to drink water to make you relief.

3. Setting section: you can set your workout time reminder so that you will be notified with the notification and ringtone and can do your workout in time. You can set multiple time in a day to make your exercise efficient.

4. Diet Consultation: you will see the age category so that you can select the diet plan of your age category. It contains two type of meal called pre-workout and post workout meal which makes you very helpful to make your exercise beneficial. You will get also all the trainers list around you and you can call directly for the consultation about your exercise related questions easily.

5. Calendar section: you set your done exercise as history so that you can track your fitness progress easily. You can set it by selecting the day of the month in the calendar given.

6. Profile: you will see your profile details and your progress of fitness which makes you to track your fitness easily.
