⚠️ Important Notice: External Services, Server Security & Compliance

Please review the following essential configuration requirements prior to purchase and deployment:

SMTP Email Notifications (Mandatory Third-Party Service & Costs): Automated transactional email alerts (application acknowledgments, recruiter alerts, and password resets) require an external SMTP mail service (such as Hostinger Business Email, cPanel Webmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or Google Workspace). These external email services are not bundled with this purchase, require separate registration and domain DNS verification, and may incur third-party provider usage or subscription fees.
Web Server Document Root (Mandatory Security Requirement): Your web server (Apache/Nginx/cPanel/hPanel) MUST point its Document Root directly to the public/ folder. Pointing to the project root directory will expose sensitive files (such as .env and firebase_credentials.json). While .htaccess denies direct access, configuring public/ as the root is mandatory.
Push Notifications & Google Firebase (Mandatory Third-Party Service & Cost Notice): Real-time mobile push notifications rely on Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (firebase_core and firebase_messaging via FCM HTTP v1 API). Please note: Using Google Firebase for push notifications may incur external costs from the provider (Google) depending on your usage, scale, and plan tier. Buyers must register their own Google Firebase account, accept Google’s Terms of Service, and download their own configuration credentials (google-services.json for Android, GoogleService-Info.plist for iOS, and firebase_credentials.json service account key for Laravel). See Section 5 of the documentation for full setup instructions.
Store Developer Accounts: Publishing the Flutter mobile application to official app stores requires standard developer accounts (Apple Developer Program: $99/year; Google Play Console: $25 one-time registration fee).
Bundled Third-Party Assets & Zero-CDN Architecture: To guarantee complete offline operability, reliable intranet deployments, and total data privacy, all administrative assets (Bootstrap 4.6.2, Font Awesome 6.5.1, jQuery 3.6.0, Bootstrap Toggle 2.2.2, ThemeKit v2.0, and IconKit v1.0) are bundled 100% locally with zero external runtime CDN dependencies. All bundled libraries are distributed under permissive open-source licenses (MIT License & SIL Open Font License) with full licensing attribution documented in public/template/LICENSE.txt and composer.json.
AI Assistance Disclosure: Portions of this package (code refactoring, preview banners, and documentation drafting) utilized AI-assisted development tools in accordance with Envato’s AI policies. All codebase logic and security safeguards have been manually verified.
