Let people upload, organise and show their work

ImagePress is a multi-user image gallery plugin that turns WordPress into a place where your visitors contribute the photos. It is a natural fit for wedding websites, where guests upload their own pictures from the day straight into preset galleries and collections, so the couple ends up with every angle of the celebration in one place. The same front-end upload, moderation and collection tools power sites for photographers, photography clubs, art and design communities and any user-generated content site, complete with member profiles, portfolios and front-end login.

Trusted by more than 10,000 WordPress websites, ImagePress lets users upload images, categorise and tag them, and gather them into public or private collections, while images are grouped into separate sortable and filterable galleries. With colours, fonts, templates, dimensions and switchable features to customise, ImagePress can power standalone community sites in the style of ArtStation, CGSociety or PosterSpy, and no two sites look the same.

Built for

Wedding websites: guests upload their photos into galleries and collections you set up in advance.
Photographers and photo clubs: portfolios, collections and member galleries.
Communities and user-generated content sites: art, design, hobby and enthusiast communities with profiles and awards.

Upload and gallery features

Drag and drop uploader: front-end uploads with image preview, bulk uploading with a progress bar and optional guest submissions with name and email.
Moderation and spam protection: review images before they go live, with a honeypot field and a per-visitor upload rate limit.
Collections: organise photos into public or private collections and display them anywhere on the site.
Gallery grid templates and card designs: pre-built grids and image cards to shape every gallery.
Sorting and filtering: sort and filter images by multiple criteria, categories and keywords.
Additional photos and videos: variants, detail shots, progress shots and making-of images, in the style of Behance.
Lightbox and carousels: an ImageSwipe lightbox with optional sharing, an image carousel and a hero carousel of the newest images.
Responsive and mobile friendly: galleries that work on any device.

Profiles and community

Advanced user profiles: custom avatars, cover photos, tabbed sections and front-end profile editing.
Author portfolios and user cards: white-label, unbranded portfolio pages and a member directory.
Front-end login and registration: login, registration and forgotten password forms.
Likes, follows and user awards: reward members with awards and titles.
Custom slugs: URL bases such as /profile/, /u/, /p/ or /i/.

For administrators and developers

An extensive admin section offers a wide range of configuration options and behaviour settings, with a shortcode generator to place galleries, upload forms and collections quickly. Developer options make it possible to add custom features such as notifications, hooks and white-label profiles, and images use native WordPress attachments, so there is no platform lock-in.
