Pillio – Medication Reminder and Pill Tracker Template (SwiftUI + SwiftData)

Pillio is a complete, ready-to-publish iOS medication reminder template. It is 100% offline – no server, no backend and no login required. Everything ships as clean Swift source code that you can rebrand, re-skin and submit to the App Store.

Demo Instructions

No login and no demo credentials are needed. The app is fully offline.
Open the project in Xcode, press Run – the app starts with a 3-page onboarding flow.
The free version tracks up to 3 medications (a configurable limit). The Stats tab and PDF/CSV export are presented as premium features through an In-App Purchase paywall built with StoreKit 2.
To test everything without a real purchase, simply raise or remove the free limit in the code (explained step by step in the documentation).
