Scanvio – PDF Scanner, Editor and OCR Toolkit for iOS

Scanvio is a complete, ready-to-publish PDF scanner and editing app template built with SwiftUI for iOS 17. Scan documents with the camera, import PDFs from Files, edit pages, highlight and annotate text, place saved signatures, extract text with on-device OCR, and protect sensitive PDFs with a password on share. All data is stored locally with SwiftData and syncs through iCloud (CloudKit) when available.

Demo Instructions

No login and no demo credentials are needed – Scanvio is 100% offline and works right after build and run.
On first launch you will see a 3-page onboarding. Tap Continue to move through it.
Tap the camera button to scan a document (use the simulator: Features – Trigger a Simulated Scan, or import a PDF with the import button).
The app starts on the free tier: 3 scans, 3 edits and 3 OCR operations. The premium paywall appears automatically once a limit is reached, or from the onboarding “premium” page.
Subscriptions require your own StoreKit products (see Documentation). The paywall UI works out of the box with placeholder plan data.
