Comprehensive Feature Breakdown

1. Visual Conditional Rule Engine

Create multi-tiered routing logic that triggers automatically when orders are processed, paid, or updated:

Supported Condition Parameters:
- Total Order Weight: Evaluate gross cart weight against numeric thresholds (e.g. > 25 kg for Freight routing).
- Order Total & Subtotal: Trigger high-value workflows (e.g. Total > $500 triggers VIP White-Glove fulfillment).
- Item Count & Product SKUs: Target specific item quantities or exact inventory SKUs.
- Cart Product Categories: Isolate hazardous, fragile, or temperature-sensitive goods.
- Shipping Country, State, City & Postcode: Geographic routing with wildcard matching (e.g., UK Mainland vs Highlands).
- Shipping Method ID & Payment Gateway: Match specific carrier methods (e.g. FedEx 2-Day) or payment gateways (e.g. Cash on Delivery).
- Customer User Role: Whitelist Wholesale, B2B, or VIP customer tiers.
- Customer Order History: Differentiate between first-time buyers and loyal returning customers.
Automated Execution Actions:
- Transition order status to any native or custom status.
- Append private administrator notes or customer-visible order notes.
- Dispatch tailored HTML/plain-text email notifications with dynamic merge tags ({order_number}, {customer_name}, {order_total}, {shipping_address}).
- Save custom order metadata fields for third-party ERP or shipping plugins.
- Flag packing slips with dispatch priority banners (e.g. “PRIORITY FREIGHT”, “COLD CHAIN REQUIRED”).

2. Live Dry-Run Rule Simulator

Eliminate fulfillment errors before they happen. The built-in simulator allows store managers to select any real order from the database and evaluate draft rules against it. The diagnostic drawer breaks down each condition line (Passed / Failed), displays actual vs expected values, and previews actions that would execute.

3. Custom Order Status Manager

Gain total visual control over your store’s fulfillment pipeline:

Create unlimited custom order statuses with custom slugs.
Interactive hex color picker with automatic high-contrast black/white badge text calculation.
Assign native WordPress Dashicons for instant recognition.
Toggle critical WooCommerce flags: “Is Paid”, “Include in Sales Reports”, “Show in Orders List Bulk Actions”.
Optional automated email notification to customers when their order enters the status.

4. Zero-Dependency Printable Packing Slips & Invoices

Modern fulfillment without the bloat of external PDF microservices:

Optimized @media print layouts designed specifically for standard A4 and Thermal 4×6” label printers.
Pure PHP vector Code-39 barcodes and scannable verification QR codes generated on the fly.
Pick & pack warehouse fulfillment verification checkboxes for item picking accuracy.
Includes item SKUs, individual item weights, gross package weight, customer notes, and company tax/VAT credentials.
Live split-screen designer with 1-click logo upload via WordPress Media Library.
Single-order print button and Bulk Print action directly in WooCommerce Orders table.

5. Automated Status Progression Engine (WP-Cron)

Put order lifecycle transitions on autopilot. Set automated rules such as:

Automatically advance “Processing” orders to “Completed” after 5 business days.
Automatically cancel “Pending Payment” orders after 48 hours to release reserved stock.
Transition “Custom Queue” orders to “Awaiting Pickup” based on elapsed hours.
Built-in safety exclusion tags to prevent auto-progressing flagged or disputed orders.
Manual “Run Check Now” diagnostic trigger for on-demand processing.

6. Telemetry Audit Trail & Diagnostics

Full accountability for enterprise compliance:

Logs every rule trigger with exact execution timestamp and microsecond latency.
Slide-over drawer inspecting complete condition evaluation traces and order snapshots.
Search and filter by Order ID, Rule Name, or Execution Status (Success / Skipped / Error).
1-Click export to CSV for shipping performance audits.
Direct synchronization with WooCommerce Logs (WooCommerce > Status > Logs > orderflow-...).

7. Staging to Production JSON Migration

Deploy complex rule matrices with confidence. Export all rules, custom statuses, and PDF layouts into a single portable JSON manifest. Import into staging or production stores with your choice of Append or Overwrite strategies.
