Panda Multi Resorts 9, the hotel booking system for multiple hotels and resorts

Panda Multi Resorts is a complete hotel booking system in PHP for hotel groups, resort operators, travel agencies and destination websites that sell several properties. Rooms, rates and availability, online booking and payments, platform calendars, guest reviews, activities and a beautiful responsive website: everything you need to sell your rooms directly, in one product installed in minutes.

Version 9 of Panda Multi Resorts: rates calendar, multi-room booking, Stripe and PayPal, platform calendars, planning, import from version 8

Version 9: a complete rewrite

Version 9 is rebuilt on Pandao CMS 8 for PHP 8.2 to 8.5. Buyers of version 8 download it from their Downloads page, then import their hotels, rates, bookings, pages and customer accounts in one go, passwords included, keeping the addresses of their pages and their search rankings. Read the upgrade guide.

Features of the hotel booking engine: properties, destinations, rates, availability, payments, channel sync, planning, reviews, activities, owners, languages, mobile

A booking experience your guests already know

Designed like the major booking platforms: guests search by destination and dates, compare the hotels on a list or a map, book several rooms and offers at once, add extras and activities, and pay online or at the hotel. The price shown always includes taxes and mandatory fees.

Booking in three steps: search results with filters, room and offer selection with a live total, extras and payment

Hotel page with gallery, rating, map and room selection on a computer and a phone

Everything hotel managers need

A rates calendar per hotel, a visual planning, a booking editor for phone bookings, payment and deposit rules per hotel, calendars synchronised with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, verified guest reviews, and owners who manage their own properties.

Rates and availability: seasons on a timeline, copy of a season, settings inherited from the site to the hotel, the room and the period

Planning of a hotel with drag and drop bookings, arrivals and departures of the day

Payments at the hotel, by card with Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or check, with deposits and refunds

Calendar synchronisation (iCal) with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, room by room

Verified guest reviews with moderation and answers of the hotel

Multi-vendor hotel booking: owners manage their own hotels, owner applications

A complete, international website

Your site opens on a complete hotel website: slideshow and stay search, featured hotels and destinations, activities, blog, contact and legal pages. Translate it into any language, right-to-left ones included, and show your prices in the currency of each visitor.

Multilingual hotel website with right-to-left languages and prices in the currency of the visitor

Hotel website built with widgets: slideshow, search, featured hotels, activities, blog and branding

Easy to install, secure and well documented

An installation wizard, a diagnostic screen that checks your server, automatic tasks with or without a cron job, database updates in one click, and a complete documentation with screenshots of every screen.

Already have a website of Pandao CMS 8?

The same booking engine is sold alone, without the CMS: Multi Resorts, hotel booking add-on for Pandao CMS. It installs from the Extensions page of your site and changes nothing for your visitors until your first property is published.

Upgrading from version 8

Version 9 is installed beside your current site and imports its data: settings, languages, destinations, hotels, rooms, rates, services, activities, customer and owner accounts with their passwords, bookings with their payments, pages, articles, menus and media. Your old site is never modified, and you switch your domain when you are ready. The procedure is described step by step in the documentation.

Support

We answer through the Support tab of this page. Item support comes with your purchase for 6 months and can be extended to 12 months. Include the report of the Diagnostic screen in your request: it tells us everything about your server, without any password.

Changelog

Version 9.4.1

With Pandao CMS 8.4.1, whose installation wizard accepts database names that contain a hyphen, as some hosts create them

Version 9.4.0

With Pandao CMS 8.4.0 and its new page builder, PageFlow 2: pages are edited as the site shows them, on a computer, a tablet or a phone, with settings for each block, ready-made sections, layers, undo and copy-paste
The sign-up form of the My account page speaks the language of the site, and says why it refuses a sign-up: a password under 12 characters, a failed anti-robot check, or too many sign-ups in an hour
The site keeps a single home page, chosen with the house icon in the list of pages, after a confirmation
The settings now ask for reCAPTCHA v3 keys: with v2 keys, every protected form is refused, bookings included

Version 9.3.0

With Pandao CMS 8.3.0: every page opens on the hosts that run PHP as CGI or FastCGI, where only the home page did
A booking request, in a hotel that confirms each booking itself, is no longer sent to the payment page: the prepayment is asked once the hotel accepts the request
The import of an old site also takes a Panda Resort 4 to 8 site: its property becomes a hotel, with its rooms, rates, bookings and reviews
A Panda Resort site that receives the files of the add-on becomes a Multi Resorts site, and keeps the address of its Rooms page
An imported site no longer keeps the contact details of the demo company; one period closed by Airbnb is counted in the singular

Version 9.2.0

Installed on a site that has its own content, the extension changes nothing for its visitors until the first property is published: no demo content, no sample rewritten; the dashboard offers the first property, or the demo catalogue to try
The import of a version 4.0 to 8.1 site goes into a new installation only, tells what it replaces with the numbers before it starts, and opens again from its menu
With Pandao CMS 8.2.1: a disabled extension leaves the menus, the sitemap and the pages of the site; “1 comment” in the singular and the rating stars of the comments on the blog
Multi Resorts is also sold alone, as an add-on for an existing website of Pandao CMS 8.2

Version 9.1.0

A new site opens in English and French, with the language selector, like the demo
While an update waits for its click, visitors see a temporary maintenance page instead of “page not found”, and every screen of the administration shows the Update now button
Demo content: the right facilities on each hotel and room, seven new facility icons
Compact cookie banner on phones, featured articles of equal height, readable maintenance page
The blocks of every page stand at the same distance from each other, and the texts of the slides read on any photo
Search of the website across its pages and articles, with or without accents, and a header strip that keeps one line on phones
A site shown in a frame, such as this live preview, keeps its bookings and its administration in every browser, Safari and private windows included

Version 9.0.0

Complete rewrite as an extension of Pandao CMS 8, for PHP 8.2 to 8.5
New rates calendar, seasons, copy of a season, children by age, rate plans with promotion dates
Booking of several rooms and offers at once, extras, activities, promo codes, all-inclusive prices
Stripe Checkout and PayPal, deposits, reminders, accounts per hotel, online cancellation with refunds
Planning, booking editor, requests when full
Platform calendars (iCal) room by room, with conflicts and alerts
Verified guest reviews, customer accounts, hotel owners and their applications
Currencies at the rates of the European Central Bank, maps without Google, right-to-left languages
New theme, widgets for the home page, complete demo content
Import of a version 4.0 to 8.1 site
