Feedback Availability –
- ✔ When a support ticket is marked as closed, it becomes available for a feedback request.
- ✔ When a project is marked as completed, it is available for a feedback request.

Download the ZIP file after purchasing the module.
Login to Perfex CRM as an admin.
Navigate to Setup → Modules in the Admin Panel.
Click Upload Module and select the downloaded ZIP file.
Install & Activate the module.
Navigate to Tickets Feedback and Project Feedback to start configuring the module.

✔ In the Admin Panel, the module is found under Ticket Feedback & Project Feedback in the left menu after installation.
