Sellino Food | Multi-Restaurant Delivery Ordering and POS With Flutter Apps

Sellino Food is a complete online food ordering, delivery and restaurant management system — a multi-restaurant marketplace where customers order from the restaurants near them, kitchens accept and cook on a live board, and your own riders deliver with tracking and OTP proof. The same install also runs the restaurant floor: dine-in tables, KOT tickets, a kitchen display, a waiter screen, QR table ordering, reservations and recipe-based food cost.

From one Laravel backend you get the food storefront, the full admin back office and three Flutter apps for Android and iOS — Customer, Restaurant and Rider. Everything ships together in the main download package and talks to a single backend and database over a REST API.

Every order moves through one flow — placed, accepted, preparing, ready, picked up, delivered — while the delivery fee is calculated by distance, the platform commission is split, the rider tip is held as a liability until payout, and every taka posts to double-entry accounts automatically. The platform supports multi-language usability with RTL and LTR layouts across web and mobile.

What You Get

Laravel Web Backend — food storefront (page-builder driven), full admin back office, restaurant panel, POS terminal, kitchen display, waiter screen and QR table ordering.
Customer App (Flutter) — browse restaurants near you, item sheet with sizes and add-ons, cart, checkout with map pin, rider tip and live order tracking.
Restaurant App (Flutter) — the kitchen board: accept with a prep time or reject, mark preparing and ready, 86 an item, open/close the outlet, manage add-on groups, run the floor and the running check.
Rider App (Flutter) — go online, share live location, pick up from the outlet, navigate to the drop pin, deliver with OTP and see tips in earnings.
Both platforms are included for every app — one Flutter codebase each with the Android and iOS projects in the package; nothing is sold separately or excluded.
Full source code for the backend and the three apps, the database, and complete documentation — all inside the main Main_Files.zip, as four folders: WebSourceCode (Laravel), CustomerAppSourceCode, RestaurantAppSourceCode and RiderAppSourceCode (Flutter, Android and iOS).

Who It Is For

Food delivery platforms that sign up many restaurants, restaurant chains that want their own ordering site and apps instead of paying an aggregator, cloud kitchens, cafes and dine-in restaurants that need a counter POS with KOT and a kitchen display. There is no general retail catalog and no product marketplace in this item — it is a food system, not a webshop, so nothing in the panel is noise you have to work around.

Important Note About Third-Party Service Costs

Any costs related to hosting, domains, server infrastructure, SMS gateway providers, WhatsApp API providers, email services, push-notification (Firebase) services, map or geocoding providers, Apple/Google developer accounts for publishing the apps, receipt or kitchen printers, or any other third-party service or hardware are not included in the item price. Buyers must purchase and configure these separately based on their own requirements. You also generate your own application key and configure your own credentials during setup.

Payment gateways — Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad and the other gateways this item integrates are independent third-party services. You need your own merchant account with each one, and their transaction fees, currency-conversion charges and account requirements are between you and the provider.

AI features — the optional auto-reply in the messaging inbox can answer customer questions with a large-language-model API (Anthropic Claude, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint), and the storefront search offers an optional search-by-image feature that uses a vision model. Both are off by default, run only with an API key you add under Settings, and are billed by the AI provider on your own account; no AI service is included with the item.

Application Features

Food Ordering & Delivery (Web & Customer App)

Location-first discovery — set a delivery pin and only the restaurants that can actually reach you are listed, with distance, ETA and delivery fee on every card
Cuisine chips, food tags (veg, non-veg, spicy, halal, bestseller, new — editable in settings), open-now filter, sorting by nearest, top rated, fastest or newest, and quick filters for free delivery, maximum ETA and minimum rating
Food home with live search suggestions, a deals strip with tap-to-copy coupon codes, Trending this week, Order again, Top rated restaurants and Collections (free delivery / under 30 min / top rated / new)
Restaurant page with banner, rating, hours, minimum order, sticky category tabs, in-menu search and a popular-dishes rail
Item sheet with sizes (variants), add-on groups with required and min/max rules, an item note and quantity — the price updates as you choose
One restaurant per cart, with a clear “replace cart?” prompt when the customer adds from another restaurant
Checkout with a map-pinned address, distance-based delivery fee breakdown, packaging charge, promo code, rider tip presets and scheduled delivery
Live order tracking — Placed › Accepted › Preparing › Ready › Picked up › Delivered, with the rider on a map, call and chat
Wallet, loyalty points, membership tiers, coupons, reviews, favourites and full order history

Restaurant & Kitchen (Web Panel & Restaurant App)

Kitchen board with New / Preparing / Ready / Out tabs, an age timer on every ticket and a sound alert on a new order
Accept with a prep time or reject; mark preparing and ready; auto-accept for busy kitchens
Menu management — categories, dishes, sizes, prep time, food tags and a one-tap availability switch (86 an item)
Add-on groups with required, minimum and maximum select rules, priced and taxed as real order lines
Outlet profile per branch — map pin, delivery radius, weekly opening hours, average prep time and a manual Open/Closed override
Multi-outlet chains: one restaurant brand, many outlets, each with its own hours, radius, staff and reports
Restaurant payouts, wallet, commission split, seller-funded coupons and per-restaurant accounting

Dine-In, KOT & Kitchen Display

Floor map with floors, tables, seats and live status — available, occupied, billed or needs cleaning
Running check per table: seat guests, add items, item notes, void with a reason, complimentary items and permissioned discounts
Move a check to another table or merge two tables into one bill
KOT tickets fired to the right kitchen station (Main Kitchen, Drinks, Dessert) by category or by dish, with reprint and item-wise void
Kitchen Display System — a fullscreen dark board on any TV, tablet or desktop, three columns, late tickets pulsing red, one bump per card; dine-in KOTs and delivery orders land on the same board
Waiter screen — a phone-sized layout on the same login: floor list, guest requests, type-ahead add item, fire to kitchen, request bill
QR table ordering — a guest scans the table QR, orders from a public phone-first menu with no app install; the order queues until a waiter accepts it (or goes straight on the bill if approval is off)
Service charge per outlet, waiter tip, split payment across cash, bank and mobile money on one bill
Table reservations with a seven-state lifecycle, hold window and deposits that post against the check

Riders & Delivery

Rider App — online/offline switch, live location ping, task card with pickup outlet and drop pin, distance and earning
Navigate to pickup and drop, mark picked up, deliver with an OTP and a delivery-proof photo
Rider earnings with commission and tips, paid out through the built-in liability settlement voucher
Platform riders or a restaurant’s own riders — the system knows who keeps the delivery fee and who pays the rider
Distance-based fee: base fee + per-km rate + packaging, with free delivery above an amount, a minimum order and a delivery radius gate

Kitchen Inventory & Food Cost

Recipes (bill of materials) per dish — ingredients, quantity and wastage percentage
Food cost and gross margin per dish, with a red flag above your target cost percentage
Ingredients are ordinary stock: suppliers, purchase orders, multi-warehouse, transfers, adjustment and damage
Cooking a dish consumes its ingredients through the normal stock movement, so FIFO layers, average cost and low-stock alerts stay correct
Limited-quantity items (20 cakes a day) use real stock tracking; everything else just uses the availability switch

Platform, Accounting & Reports

Built-in double-entry accounting — Chart of Accounts, journals and transactions posted automatically by orders, payouts, purchases, refunds, payroll and cash movements
Commission per restaurant or per category, restaurant dues, payouts and settlement
Rider tip held as a liability (2115) until the rider is paid — it is never counted as platform revenue
Bank and mobile-money accounts, deposits, fund transfers, expenses, reconciliation and a complete cash book
Profit & Loss, Income Statement, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet — for the whole platform or per outlet
Restaurant reports: sales by order type, food cost and gross profit, best and worst sellers, hourly sales, table turnover, average prep time, waiter covers and a void report
Page builder for the food storefront — two heroes (live-search hero or a six-tile bento grid), cuisines, deals, restaurants, trending, popular, order-again, top-rated, collections and how-it-works blocks, two restaurant-page styles, a food header and footer — and in the food edition the builder lists only food blocks, so there is no retail noise to skip past
Ready-made demo menu: six categories, 21 dishes with sizes and add-on groups and studio-style dish photos, so the install looks finished on day one
Payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp, email and push notifications; unified messaging inbox with rule-based and AI auto-reply
HR and Payroll, role-based access control with granular permissions, activity logs and multi-language (RTL/LTR)
