SMSFlow adds reliable SMS sending, automation and campaign management capabilities to Perfex CRM. It works with the active SMS gateway configured in your Perfex CRM installation, so you can continue using your existing SMS provider.

Send individual messages, create scheduled bulk SMS campaigns, automate messages for important CRM events and monitor every delivery from one central interface.

Queue-Based Bulk SMS Delivery

Large SMS campaigns are processed safely in the background instead of sending every message inside a single browser request. This prevents request timeouts and provides a more reliable sending experience for large recipient lists.

Background processing through the Perfex CRM cron job
Configurable queue batch size
Optional delay between individual SMS messages
Configurable maximum retry count
Configurable retry waiting period
Pause or resume queue processing
Schedule campaigns for a future date and time
Cancel selected pending messages
Cancel an entire pending batch
Requeue failed messages as new queue records
Automatic recovery of interrupted queue records
Protection against simultaneous cron workers
Automatic duplicate phone number detection

SMS Automation Triggers

Create custom SMS automations using templates, recipient options and CRM merge fields. Small recipient groups are sent immediately, while larger groups are automatically processed through the SMS queue.

Template Preview and Test SMS

Preview a template using a real customer, lead, invoice, proposal, estimate, task or ticket record. SMSFlow replaces supported merge fields and shows the final message before it is sent.

You can also send an instant test SMS to a specified phone number directly from the template or automation trigger screen. Test messages are clearly marked in the SMS log.

SMS Logs and CSV Export

Filter logs by date and delivery status
View gateway error details
Identify test SMS records
Export the current filtered result to CSV
UTF-8 BOM support for Microsoft Excel compatibility
CSV formula injection protection
Streaming export for large log tables

Requirements

A working Perfex CRM installation
An active SMS gateway configured in Perfex CRM
A correctly configured Perfex CRM cron job for queued and scheduled messages
