Wiresphere uses easy to edit JavaScript config file, which allows you to adjust effects:

Background picture on/off + opacity
Animated gradient settings
12 parameters of 3D sphere animation
Background noise on/off
Google Maps coordinates and color theme

Buttons (outline, color, hover color)
Side content (background, text, icons)

9 ready to use presets are included in package. You can also disable JS color override and edit css file manually.
